Halloween brings a lot of gory horror flicks, but what about something family-friendly?
Check out National Harbor’s “Motion pictures on the Potomac” every Sunday in October at 4 p.m.
“National Harbor is well known for our ‘Motion pictures on the Potomac’ collection during the summertime. Generally throughout Halloween we do one motion picture, ‘Hocus Pocus,’ however we’ve made a decision to increase it for the entire month of October,” Deborah Topcik, director of marketing for National Harbor, told WTOP.
The collection kicked off recently with Tim Burton’s “The Problem Prior To Christmas” (1993 ).
It continues this Sunday with everybody’s favored friendly ghost in “Casper” (1995 ).
