Start the summer movie season today at the ballpark as the Cayuga Heights Fire Department hosts “The Sandlot” starting at 6pm Thursday, June 30th. Free, family-friendly movie nights return after a two-year hiatus.
The fire department states they got a new inflatable screen for film night 2 years back, and they’re anticipating finally utilizing it! Upcoming movies consist of “Mulan” and “Tangled.”
Motion picture nights at CHFD have frequently included food trucks, and they’re kicking off the series with free ballpark hot dogs and other movie goodies for all attendees this week.
The Cayuga Heights Fire Station is at 194 Pleasant Grove Roadway, beside the Corners Neighborhood Shopping Center, off Hanshaw Road in Cayuga Heights.
